Assistant Relationship Manager
Responsibilities & Context
Responsible for generating business of Affordable Home Loan and achieve sales target within assigned territory.
Promote and sale Affordable Home Loan products in the assigned region.
Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of Affordable Home Loan of assigned region.
Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others. Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
Ensure compliance as per organization's policy and guideline. Ensure extraordinary customer experience for both existing and potential customers.
