Manager-Operation (Retail)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for increasing retail productivity and operational efficiencies.
- Responsible for increasing retail profits and reducing costs.
- Developing and executing retail strategy.
- Directing the daily operations in order to maximize profit and minimizing costs.
- Must constantly review store sale numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss regarding cost management.
- Conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels.Analyzed and implemented enhanced policies and procedures that reduced risk and improved operations efficiency.
- Well versed in reviewing and evaluating sales records and financial statements.
- Evaluate sales performance and customer satisfaction level.
- Must be able to forecast sales figures and inventory requirements.
- Fully responsible for sales growth and operations.
- To prepare the yearly budget and work accordingly.
- To ensure that customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- To deal promptly with Customer complaints, liaising with concerned department in order to resolve queries.
- To ensure attendance, individual and team performance is managed effectively with all members of the hypermarket sales team.
- Provide training to sales team employees to enhance their job performance and retention.
