Manager/ Assistant Manager (Showroom)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
- Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory services.
- Keeping inventory and sales records for head office.
- Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
- Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.
- Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions, and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy.
- Assign specific duties to sales and marketing officers.
- Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions

- 3 to 5 year(s)

Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
