Cost Controller (Construction)
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit analysis
- Planning, directing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting different projects.
- Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Providing planning and cost controlling support for all projects.
- Monitoring the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
- Coordinating and working with the project management team to resolve project issues
- Surveying the quality for materials & bills.
- Supervising the work process.
- Verifying the cost with market prices.
- Negotiating prices with vendors minimize the costs.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 03 years of experience in the construction field as a Cost Controller
