Job Responsibilities
- To communicate with all respective Projects Heads & Departmental Heads on behalf of Director (OPS), Rupayan Construction Ltd. for the day to day activities and assist to prepare periodical summary report as per instruction and requirement.
- To organize & participate in construction meeting and prepare meeting minutes accordingly.
- To communicate to all projects office or responsible engineers for various constructions related issues.
- To preserve important documents of construction projects.
- To prepare daily MIS report on individual construction projects.
- Surprise project visit as per management decision.
- To prepare report on the basis of project visit and submit to the management.
- Regularly follow-up project manpower performance, Materials etc.
- Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Drafting, MS Project, project coordination, Project Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 42 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 06 Years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 08 Years experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office is essential.
- Good engineering analytical skill.
- Smart & Good presentation skill.
- Language proficiency skill both in Bengali & English.
- Excellent Computer skills, including ERP programs familiar at proficient level.
