Job Responsibilities
- Capable to manage high rise and large construction/township projects proficiently and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction works.
- Overall construction project management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Building, General Construction, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management, PMC, Preferred Retired Army Officer, Project Budgeting, Project Management, Project Planning, Real Estate, Resource Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 52 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- At least 15 years experience of which 5 years in senior management position and 3 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned Real Estate/ Construction companies.
- Must have the ability to lead all construction works, provide strategic and professional guidance to the project managers & technical managers to ensure the quality, cost, inventories, maintenance, and logistics are appropriately managed.
- Knowledge on PMC will be preferable.
- Retired Army Officer (Rank- Major and above) will get preference.
