Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Review and updating the documents like departmental Organogram, Objectives, SOP, JDs, Challenging KPIs etc.;

Awareness sessions for KPI implementation, monitoring policy, procedure, tools etc. for all factory management employees;

Technical session with section/department head regarding KPI implementation, use, monitoring and feedback procedure;

Workshop with KPI Project Team for their role & responsibility;

Work for KPI development for different sections/departments;

Discussion and taking necessary action with function Heads for finalizing individual KPIs against quarterly Goal;

Design Reward Policy after KPI achievement and result;

Review KPI Achievement at different quarters;

Review all types of reward management for the management and non-management staffs;

Design, re-design/modify, identify and finalize the KPI tool / format;

Conduct KPI review meeting after completion of each performance assessment session;

Co-ordinate with Factory Head of HR and with all other department Heads for the process of KPI implementation project, it's standardizations procedures and departments integration;

Besides, directly assisting Head of Factory HR for various issues and strategies, policy preparations to achieve departmental objectives;

Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
