Sr. Executive - Finishing_ Production

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for finishing including trimming, button attach, ironing & packaging of garments;

Achieve production plan, quantity, quality & planned efficiency;

Assist finishing head to control and monitor costs and other overheads of the finishing department within the budgeted limit;

Assist finishing head on evaluating staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans;

Follow up all finishing accessories are in housed on time;

Follow up & ensure garments input to different lines according to planning;

Follow-up & ensure target wise production;

Supervise & hand over of garments from production output to the packing section;

Ensure and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list for all buyers to ship the garments on time as per inspection schedule;

Ensure the correct packing of garments inside the carton according to buyer's instruction;

Arrange inspection with buying QC before completion of finished order quantity;

Conduct training on roles & responsibilities of the subordinates and works;

Conduct proper training on machine & equipment handling;

Lead compliance activities in production floor to maintain healthy & cordial working environment which meets all criteria of social standard;

Ensure proper implementation of Sharp Tools Procedure;

Any other job assigned by management.
