Manager - Cow Farm (Masco Dairy Enterprise)

Job Responsibilities

• Routine care and Management of cow farm through providing Technical support.
• Managing milk production and bull development considering hygiene issues.
• Using modern methodologies that ensure highest growth for cattles.
• Ensuring healthy maintenance of livestock.
• Preparation of production and administrative reports.
• Ensure the property/farm is clean and well maintained and facilities & structure are properly maintained.
• Manpower planning, monitoring and assessment.
• Taking care of livestock, feed, treatment and wellbeing of the cattle.
• Preparing and monitoring disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
• Report to the line management on any unusual/ unexpected results occur in the farm.
• Handling administrative issues.
• Ensuring that farm activities comply with government regulations.
• Maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards across the farm estate.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc/ M.Sc in Agriculture.
