Senior Executive / Floor In-Charge - Dyeing
Job Responsibilities
- Controlling shift in-charge as well as floor management.
- Dyeing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
- Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure shipment deadline are meet.
- Ensure shade and quality as well as recipe adjustment.
- Proper utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Candidates having experience in dyeing floor management will get the preference.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Candidate is expected to be very proactive, dynamic and self-motivated.
- Good command in English & Bengali.
- Good skills on MS word, Excel & power Point.
