Job Responsibilities
- Response Incoming & Outgoing phone calls.
- New Employee Personal file prepare.
- Employee ID card & Visiting Card Requisition & Distribution.
- Employee SIM Card stock maintain & distribution.
- Complete monthly employee bank accounts opening all formalities.
- Update Employee Information.
- Assist interview session.
- Welcome Guest and send them to concern person.
- Received Parcel, Courier, Bills and distribute to concern Department/Person.
- Supervise Corporate Office Housekeeping work.
- Product receive & reporting to concern department.
- Office Stationary & Snacks requisition, Maintain and distribution.
- Weekly employee accommodation list update.
- Desk & Locker key management.
- Any other work assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 25 years
- candidate must be presentable and well-groomed.
- Applicants must have good English efficiency.
- Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
