Front Office Manager/ Branch In-charge


Job Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Home.
  • Ensuring all operational aspects of the Branch including housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer support.
  • Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
  • Train up, Operate, Manage and monitor of Front Desk Team.
  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensuring daily visitor and bookings.
  • You will be highly responsible for increasing the sales, improve the customer satisfaction by improving service and maintain tidy cleanliness of the branch.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Hotel front desk, Hotel Management

Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 40 years
  • The candidate should be presentable.
  • Applicants must have good English efficiency.
  • Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
