Job Responsibilities

Cash handling & cash book maintain / voucher preparing,

Depot receipt & payment accounts preparing,

Stock record keeping & report preparing,

Challan preparing & goods delivery ensuring,

Distributor/Party ledger maintain .

Sales Invoice preparing ,

Maintain & controll depot stock

Control depot all vehicles

Invoice posting to software and sales accounts preparing .

Other marketing report preparing when necessary .

Support to head office accounts department as per requirement .

Prepare all necessary document and report accordingly to concern dept.

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting Information System

B. Com / M. Com

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Accounts, Finance, Production Reporter

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Requirements

Age 21 to 35 years

Computer literacy is a must specially in MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Accounting software e.t.c.
