Job Responsibilities

Monitor vehicles movements over VTS and prepare Daily/weekly/Monthly vehicle tracking reports.

Analyze the routes and distance traveled and provide feedback.

Assist to ensure proper maintenance of log books and vehicles' movement and uses.

Prepare driver's overtime register, fuel report and accounting and financial summary reports.

Monitor and report on KPL variance

Compare VTS record and log book record and make variance report

Maintain accurate and on time entry of all 'trip recording' (such as fuel consumption, trip time calculations) of vehicles in ERP system.

Make recommendations for potential improvements on the Vehicle Tracking System.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)

Transport Management

Additional Requirements

Age at least 32 years

Working experience in Fleet Management

VTS- Vehicle Tracking System Knowledge.

Data analysis and report generation

Data entry related knowledge.

Ability to work extended hours.

Basic computer & software related knowledge.

Must have excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, decision making and presentation skills.
