Job Description
- Sound Knowledge of his field
- Engineering code, drawing reading and understanding architechtural concepts
- Review, understand and verify BOQ items
- Site Execution knowledge
- Extract items/ Selection from drawing to BOQ value identification/material inspection for (MEP)
- Awareness of market rate/fabrication/ Labour
- Knowledge of civil contrast as well as dealing with contractors
