- Lead building operational and management structure, procedure, policies and all activities
- Set up staffing and assign staff's responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to staffs in managing of building and customer-centered service skill
- Evaluation, monitoring building performance to ensure all activities and services are met the customer needs.
- Direct and close supervise hostel in-charge
- Lead capacity building plan to staffs to able to arrange activities and provide services met the customer needs
- Close collaborate with other RI department and other services providers to support need of customers
- Ensure written report to RI senior staff are of the highest quality and completed in a timely manner.
- Develop monthly work plans in advance and present to RI manager.
- Ensure recognized international best practices and Relief International key policies and Code of Conduct.
- Any other responsibilities as requested by direct supervisor
Full-time
Educational Requirements- Masters degree in any discipline
- Master's degree in relevant.
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Experience in human resource management, hotel management or hospital management, preferable.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Strong background and skills in management
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English
- Enthusiasm to learn
- Optimistic and friendly
- Flexibility
- Excellent communication skill in English and Bengali
