Hostel Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Lead building operational and management structure, procedure, policies and all activities
• Set up staffing and assign staff's responsibilities
• Provide technical support and guidance to staffs in managing of building and customer-centered service skill
• Evaluation, monitoring building performance to ensure all activities and services are met the customer needs.
• Direct and close supervise hostel in-charge
• Lead capacity building plan to staffs to able to arrange activities and provide services met the customer needs
• Close collaborate with other RI department and other services providers to support need of customers
• Ensure written report to RI senior staff are of the highest quality and completed in a timely manner.
• Develop monthly work plans in advance and present to RI manager.
• Ensure recognized international best practices and Relief International key policies and Code of Conduct.
• Any other responsibilities as requested by direct supervisor

Educational Requirements

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Master's degree in relevant.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in human resource management, hotel management or hospital management, preferable.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Strong background and skills in management
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English
