Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for running the overall operations of the Department with an emphasis to implement the policy and work program related to administration, construction and other issues.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget, purchase budget, cash budget, marketing budget, variance budget and cash inflow and outflow statement.
- Prepare feasibility reports of housing projects.
- Prepare project estimation report and budget and controlling project cost and budget.
- Cross check and verification of bill/ voucher etc and other relevant documents.
- Any other task assigned time to time by the Management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Cost and budget, Cost Management, Costing, Product Costing and budgeting - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 2 years in the similar position and at least 10 years experience with reputed Real Estate companies.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills are required to deal with the Management.
- Willing to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
- Quantitative analysis skill.
- The position is result oriented, challenging and meant for the profit of the company.
