Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for Deputy General Manager-Construction, those who is the right talent for this position and who has expertise on Construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, plan and implement business objectives and strategies.

Set ambitious goals for business growth and success.

Oversee daily operations and implement policies and procedures.

Establish appropriate relationships and communication with suppliers and other key people to ensure all materials, supplies, tools, equipment and personnel are for completing project works in time.

Enough experiences on E-Tending, Tender Preparations and Tender Bidding etc.

Maintain close liaison with different Semi Government/ Government Organizations like Army, Navy, Air Force, Rajuk, PWD, PDB, Roads & Highways and Civil Aviation for project purpose.

Report to the Director-Operation (RCL).

Be located at Head Office of the Group but must undertake frequent visit both at Dhaka and outside of Dhaka.
