Job Responsibilities
- Lead a product team towards effective collaboration ad attainments of business goals.
- Ensure compliance and set up rules with organization's policies and operational guideline.
- Deal with the property owners and others stakeholders by providing our service.
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
- Monitoring the team performance and motivating them to each goals.
- Assist management to in decision taking for acquisition business with the companies policies.
- Make a relationship with the outsider for product leads.
- Collecting customer feedback from sales team and market research with the region.
- Any other job assign by the Management.
