Brew Trainee/ Brew Master

Job Responsibilities

• Brew different dishes according to customers needs
• Make sure and submit requisition for different ingredients used in preparing foods
• Serve dishes to customers and client service
• Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene and healthy environment
• Intended to work on rotation duty and extra time

Educational Requirements

• Graduate or HSC.
• Fresh graduates and those who are on study are also eligible to apply.
• Training course done in F&B service/ production are highly preferable

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 20 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Experience in hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Proficiency in English will be treated as an important magnitude in selection process.
