Business Development Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Business development facilitation and coordination
- Analyze IGA and value chain, contribute to effective project implementation
- Developing training Modules, tools and other IEC materials
- Capacity building of Field Officers, Community Volunteers, SHG, Input Retailers, Traders and other relevant market actors
- Communication, networking and linkages
- Monitoring, evaluation and documentation & preparing different report & presentation
- Develop strategies for IGA implementation, based on assessments of the local market
- Identify potential service providers, input/output market actors, project partners and develop strategies to capitalize on potential opportunities and address limitations/constraints
- Develop value chain strategies and Business plan
- Undertakes capacity building of stakeholders
- Assist PC for programme implementation and Donor Missions
- Ability to prepare entrepreneurship development & household business plan
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

NGO
Additional Requirements
- Out of 08 years at least 05 years field experiences on IGA promotion, business development and HH graduation activities
- Strong team management skill.
- Interested to frequent field visit.
- Experience on developing business plan and review
- Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bangla
- Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
