Project Engineer

Responsibilities & Context

Support to build agricultural infrastructures e.g. post harvest product access roads, canal, hilly stream, aggregation centers/training center construction/renovation related tasks.

Support to the community session, scheme identification, planning and prioritize to select scheme.

Preparation of scheme operational plan and scheme preparation

Support for scheme feasibility assessment, measurement, designing, drawing.

Preparation of BOQ

Preparation of scheme operational monitoring plan

Technical guidance to the team for effective execution of agricultural infrastructures.

Preparation of scheme report and case studies

Ensue CfW participants’ engagement and payment follow up.

Preparation of scheme progress and completion technical report.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Additional Requirements

Age at least 30 years

At least 5 years experience on with agricultural infrastructure development, Community based scheme planning, scheme designing and scheme operational technical guidance. Team building capacity Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD Practicing gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
