Responsibilities & Context

Scheme feasibility survey, support to prepare scheme operational plan, Cooperate to prepare scheme, measurement, designing, drawing Support project engineer to develop BOQ. Scheme operational support & technical guidance to community facilitator and participants. Support to community consultation process. Scheme identification & assessment support. Assist to operation of agricultural scheme & infrastructures development. Maintain working relationships with skill-unskilled participants, participants’ engagement in scheme execution, attendance, master roll preparation, payment procedures.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Additional Requirements

Age at least 25 years

At least 3 years experience on rural agricultural scheme supervision and implementation. • Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD Practicing gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
