Territory Manager (TM)-Grocery
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and Organizing Route wise Business and Retail Coverage.
- To achieve the Territory Target, Volume and Unit wise.
- Achieve short-term and long-term sales goal of the company.
- Ensure day to day troubleshooting of the market along with Sales Representatives.
- Maintain Relationships with clients/customers by providing Information support & guidance
- To monitor the activities of Sales Representative, Delivery Personnel and Customers.
- To monitor overall activities and day to day achievement of Sales Representative.
- To ensure maximum coverage route wise.
- To ensure the implementation of the company policy in the market place.
- To make communication upward (Management) and Downward (Supervisors/Sales Representatives).
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 37 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- In depth Knowledge about Sales, Customer service, Outlet route & Territory.
- Experience in Consumer Goods sales will get preference.
- Excellent Communication Skill.
- Able to work under pressure maintaining a highly positive attitude with minimum supervision.
- Possess Leadership Qualities, Team player, Result-oriented.
- Must be fluent in both Bangla and English.
