System Specialist - NOC
Job Responsibilities
- Manage on-prem IT infrastructure deployments and operations.
- Manage Cloud IT infrastructure deployments and operations will treat as an advantage.
- Define and deliver continuous improvement in deployment and operational processes, including but not limited to service level, capacity, availability and service continuity.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate, troubleshoot and mitigate risks and malfunctions in infrastructure, applications and services with close attention to ensure capacity, health and performance.
- Proactively monitor physical infrastructure components to ensure health and mitigate malfunction.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting to external customers, Tier 1 Helpdesk operation teams.
- Perform troubleshooting activities for any reported issues.
- Closely work with the Customer Support, Engineering and Operation team to resolve system issues and maintain up-time of infrastructure.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- RHCE, CCNA is preferred.
- Solid understanding on IT terminologies, technologies, and concepts.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience on-prem Network and System Infrastructure components including server platforms, operating systems and services.
- Solid understanding on public and private cloud Infrastructure components including server platforms, operating systems and services.
- Experience on infrastructure operation or deployment.
- Strong communication skills.
