Storekeeper

• Main responsibilities:
• Maintenance of buildings, storage spaces and stored goods/ transportation
• Ensure the pick up and the delivery of foods items from WFP warehouse to the BSFP and TSFP
• Monitor the storage facilities and infrastructure both from inside and outside: locate damages and propose the necessary repairs as needed
• Supervise cleaning and regular disinfection of storage spaces
• Introduce protection against insects and pests inside the storage spaces and apply treatment upon the first sign of infection
• Ensure adequate ventilation of the spaces
• Keep updated at every moment the following documents : stock cards, bin cards, waybills, inventory,SIR.
• Regularly monitor the quality of products during storage. Pay special attention to expiration dates (FEFO)
• Be the one of the focal point for the daily transportation and distribution.
• Ensure that drivers comply with TDH Fleet rules and procedures (driving licence, waybill, logbook...).
• Make sure that each truck is equipped with the necessary items and documents (insurance, tow rope, spade, taurpaulin etc.).
• Management of storage spaces
• In conjunction with the OTP supervisor for TSFP/ BSFP supervisor for the distribution and transportation in three camps (1E, 20 and 19).
• Supervise the team of daily workers charged with storage and transportation activities in close collaboration with TSFP and BSF supervisor.
• Draft or complete dispatch and receipt documents in compliance with Tdh standards
• Monitor incoming and outgoing of goods (Food item)
• Maintain updated inventory lists (stock card, SIR, bin card...)
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Accept other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
