Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update Customer database.
Provide necessary information and services to clients in an efficient way as per set service policy of the organization.
Prepare monthly report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
Implementing company's social media accounts focusing on information that are relevant to our client's business objectives (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Flickr etc.).
To work within the parameters of the dedicated time for each account, reporting on any issues to management in a timely manner.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
Prepare Service wise product branding plan.
Managing campaign on social media.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Meet & receive brief from client.
Actively participate in developing action plan and budget in line with objectives to attain target.
Participate different brainstorming session and generate innovative Ideas for respective event and activation.
Keep client updated about progress of work, take feedback and ensure excellence through delivering quality job.
Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University,Jahangirnagar University,East West University,North South University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)

Age 25 to 30 years

Strong communication and presentation skill in both verbal and written (Bangle & English).

Ability to work independently along annual work plans in a structured, business related manner.
Excellent computer skills with very good knowledge in MS-Office (word, excel, PowerPoint and others).
Communication and negotiation skills.
