Diabetes Educator
Job Responsibilities
- Collect all parameter/vital signs and fill the patient profile.
- Asses the knowledge level of respective person with Diabetes and educate them for better understanding of the disease and corresponding target for control.
- Key maintenance of call center as well as CRM
- To do necessary outbound and inbound call to/from patient and build up strong relationship with patients.
- Build general awareness on diabetes among mass people through Diabetes Awareness Program/patient meeting.
- To do report weekly/monthly the activities to the supervisor.
- To identify the training need himself/herself and suggest authority.
- Take responsibility for meeting HSE goals and conduct all activities that protect human health and the environment.
- To understand and comply the responsibilities related with internal control needs, such as Group Code of Ethics, Privacy Policy, related SOPs, Authorization Policy etc.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Creativity and Diversity as well as versatile approach in operating a program
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in spoken as well as written Bangla and English
- Good efficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
