Executive Call Center


Job Responsibilities
  • Attend all inbound/outbound calls on time.
  • Comply telephone etiquette with clear voice & Appropriately greet all the calls .
  • Identify the needs of patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Ensure to follow the service script provided by the company for uniformity.
  • be well-read on company policies ,services and the website for FAQs or service related queries
  • Maintain good patient relations.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the patients and analyze the data.
  • Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and service queries.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over both Bangla & English language
