Compressor Sales Lead


Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving group sales target.
  • Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities.
  • Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers.
  • Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales targets.
  • Ensuring sustainable growth of market share.
  • Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.
  • Identify weak distributors, prepare an action plan and work on the appointment/termination of new/ existing distributors.
  • Monitor Distributor wise damage control, make cause analysis and take initiatives on adjustment of damage in consultation with the Sales Head, Sales Admin and Accounts Department.
  • Monitor and follow up on market data and information on a regular basis (Competitors and Own).
  • Follow up on distributor's credit limit and encourage them to cash business.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and other activities.
  • Train and develop sales forces in order to improve individual sales performance.
  • To conceptualize on-site branding and marketing communication materials.
  • All necessary tasks assigned by management team

Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • B2B B2C Sales experience preferable.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Should have good knowledge of reporting.
