Head of Insurance
Job Responsibilities
- Intercompany Insurance policy development.
- Lead and direct the activities of the Group Insurance team.
- Follow-up & monitoring all the Insurance relevant work (Fire/Marine/Group Life)
- Maintaining fire compliance and financial organization's requirements.
- Liaison with Insurance company for insurance coverage, rate negotiation considering consignee, bank, commodity and risk factors.
- Claim process follow up.
- Provide advice and guidance as necessary both from a technical and professional perspective.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Should have sound knowledge in Insurance or relevant field
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
