Manager - Legal
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and finalizing different types of agreement, MOU, NDA, Sales Agreement and financial/Legal Agreement
- Ensuring that all the Civil & Criminal cases on behalf of the company are drafted and vetted accurately
- Managing the team, including provide mentorship, guidance, and support
- Continually informed on legal developments and shifts that will have an impact on the company, and advise partners on how to mitigate any risks
- Developing and putting into practice legal techniques and tactics to ensure that the organization complies with legal requirements and industry best practices
- Assess the legal risk that may arise during organization's business activities and ensure that organizations activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Effectively assume complete responsibility for any legal matters in order to reduce the organization's exposure to lawsuits and litigation
- Responsible for legal related reporting which may be directed by the Head of the Department
- To complete Any types of works/tasks required by management on behalf of the company
