Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts such as employment contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements.
Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure that our company complies with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage litigation and disputes, and represent our company in court when necessary.
Manage intellectual property matters such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
Managing documents, reviewing contracts, and helping make other strategic decisions.
Advise on employment and labor law matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.
Provide legal advice to senior management on a range of legal issues that may affect our company.
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legally-binding agreements on behalf of the corporation
Advising corporate directors and officers on their rights and responsibilities, and other policies used to manage the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution
2-4years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting, preferably in the IT industry
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
Extensive experience in employment and labor law, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
