Security In-charge
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of the organization's personnel and assets
- To conduct risk assessments and make recommendations to mitigate identified risks
- Plan and coordinate security measures, including the selection of security personnel, security systems, and security equipment
- Monitor and respond to security breaches, including alarms and intrusions
- To conduct investigations into security incidents and report findings to management
- Maintain an accurate record of all security-related incidents and prepare reports as required
- Train and educate employees on security procedures and best practices
- To provide personal protection for dignitaries and VIP guests while maintaining confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
