Security Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of the organization's personnel and assets.
- Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations to mitigate identified risks
- Plan and coordinate security measures, including the selection of security systems, and security equipment
- Monitor and respond to security breaches, including alarms and intrusions
- Maintain an accurate record of all security-related incidents and prepare reports as required
- Train and educate employees on security procedures and best practices.
- Provide personal protection for dignitaries and VIP guests while maintaining confidentiality.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Security, Retired Armed Forces, Safety and Security Management, Security Incharge - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Security Service
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Retired Army/Navy person will be given preference.
- At least 10 years of experience in security management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in high-pressure situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Need to be detail-oriented and able to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and weekends
- Having good computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, data analysis, data visualization, and database management would be an advantage.
