Service Expert - Home Appliance
Job Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers to understand the problems of their products.
- Thoroughly inspecting and testing the electronic components and circuits of the products.
- Identifying damages and other malfunctions and then repairing the products accordingly.
- Provide instant support to sales channel partners for sales development.
- Following all standard operating procedures of the establishment.
- Make sure the repaired product performs like a brand-new one.
- Appropriately handling all repairs and testing equipments.
- Effectively managing time and meeting all specified targets and deadlines.
- Completing every assignment which is given by the authorities/Incharge.
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
- Good knowledge of computer operations and various types of software.
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to complete the work timely
