Sub-Assistant Engineer (Paint & Powder Coat)
Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Supervising the total AC sheet metal powder coating section.
- Apply paints on metal sheets, structures, machines etc.
- Examine and maintain painted exterior and interior surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains, shading stains and clear finishes.
- Remove previous paint by sandblasting, scraping, sanding, hydro-blasting, and steam cleaning.
- Manpower analysis and monitoring.
- Cost optimization.
- Develop work process.
- Provide training to the subordinates.
- Daily report to higher authority.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Color Coating Line, Paint and Powder Coating - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 22 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Experience on Painting/Powder coating painting line in any others company.
- Coating related testing knowledge.
- Expertise in reporting in excel as well as need high computer skill.
- Proper knowledge & skill on 5s, skill matrix.
