JOB SUMMARY: Marketing Manager, as the Head of the Marketing Department who can implement ROI-driven marketing strategies and strategize on revenue growth and ensure a delightful brand & customer experience across the board. Own & manage the marketing budgets

Roles and Responsibilities

End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.

The Marketing Manager leads to develop strategic marketing & communication planning for promotion and dissemination of the brand in line with the mission and vision of the organization.

Extend support in development of various internal communications initiatives.

Plan and implement direct & digital marketing approaches including setting targets, personalization of messages, data analysis in liaison with the senior management team.

Extend support to develop and oversee a strategic planning of activities, external and internal events.

Establish the organizations corporate relation with digital and print media pioneers to widen the branding opportunities.

Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC

Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis

Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts

Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website

Managing the redesign of the company website

Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Having Technical Background is an added advantage
