Job Description

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Conduct detailed assessments of existing processes and systems to determine feasibility and potential benefits of RPA implementation.

Design and develop customized RPA solutions that align with the clients needs and objectives, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Work closely with project teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Advise clients on best practices for RPA implementation, providing expert guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate and select appropriate RPA tools and technologies based on client requirements and budget constraints.

Create detailed technical documentation, including solution design, process maps, and user manuals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful deployment and integration of RPA solutions.

Provide training and support to clients and end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the automated processes.

Assist in the creation and development of customer Request for

Proposals (RFPs), leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to propose innovative RPA solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field of RPA, with a proven track record of successfully implementing RPA solutions.

Extensive experience in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing efficient RPA workflows.

Strong programming skills, with proficiency in one or more RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Deep understanding of RPA best practices, methodologies, and emerging trends in the industry.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to think strategically while providing practical solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven experience in leading RPA projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create comprehensive technical specifications and user manuals.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Relevant RPA certifications, such as UiPath RPA Developer Certification or Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, are highly desirable.

Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required.
