This vacancy is for Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer skilled in CyberArk. Design, build and deploy CyberArk integration solutions as required

CyberArk CPM (central policy manager) strong knowledge

Be able to develop connectors to change password dynamically using CPM.

Proactive Monitoring- Capacity & Performance Track service metric dataHandle Request for Change activityHandle preventive maintenance Problem Management

Analyze incident trendsVerify/Control known errors and resolve problem casesCreate and Maintain problem Management Documentation as required (Root causes and corrective actions)Investigate Change Management activitiesIdentify, verify, and elevate New problemsCompletion of major Problem reviews

Change Management

Assess impact, benefits and risk of ChangesManagement & Co-ordination of Change ImplementationCreate and maintain Change Mgt documentation as requiredMonitoring and Reporting on Change ImplementationClosing and Reviewing the Change Requests
