We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Procurement
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for Procurement Operations & Reporting.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Procurement domain.
. Data extraction from ERP and prepare the client specific reports / dashboards
. Prepare summary from the reports extracted and present to the partners
. Resolution of blocked Invoices for PO related issues (Price / Quantity mismatches)
. Provide Customer Service support to Requestors on PO related issues like order status, closing, amendment etc.
. Drive compliance to preferred buying channels
. Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
. Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field or advanced degree preferred.
. Significant work experience
Preferred qualifications
. Exposure to Supply Chain Management concepts like demand management, E2E Sourcing & Procurement
. Understanding of procurement and accounts payable concepts
. Good interpersonal skills
. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and provide a high level of customer service to internal and external teams
. Ability to quickly learn new concepts
. Experienced with Excel and proficient with Powerpoint
