Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Source candidates using a variety of search methods.
Screen candidates and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process of the candidates
Maintain candidate's tracker.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years in Non-IT recruitment or IT recruitment.
Preferring male candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
