Jr. Performance Marketing Associate

Job Description

Execute digital marketing campaigns, including Online/Digital marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Display Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.)

Manage day to day operational channel responsibilities for Facebook, Google and ensure data visibility in the form of reporting to Performance Marketing Manager

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancie

Keep up-to-date on paid digital trends, features, and announcements and implement new features across campaigns where appropriate.

Collaborate on other related projects as needed, Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights

Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

Requirements

Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree from any reputed institution in engineering

1 to 2 years of experience in relevant fields

Proficiency in MS Office package

Background in analytical positions is an added advantage.
