Job description

The job holder will be primarily responsible for providing customer services and will ensure the delivery of quality services.

Handling customer queries and educates them on various services being offered by the Bank.

Should have an idea of General banking terms

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent communication in both Urdu and English

Problem-solving attitude

Strong negotiation skills

Ambition and a desire to succeed

Required Profile:

Intermediate or above.

No prior experience required. However, candidates with experience of handling customers and providing customer services would be given preference.
