Job Description
CSR (Customer support representative)
Responsibilities
• Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
• Communicating with our customers in effective manner
Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer support role would be a plus point
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good spoken English skills
• High School degree or higher
• Long term commitment
• Applicant should preferably have previous International Call Centre experience will be preffered
• Good at handling the pressure
• Positive and energetic attitude
Job Shift: 6 pm to 2 am (Evening)
5 pm to 1 am (Evening)
Experience Level: 1 year in International Call Centre
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
