Officer / Loss Controller
1) To review the claims intimation for the previous day to identify the vehicle to be inspected.
2) Will be Liable to attend vehicle on a daily basis to review/assess the loss to detect bogus or fabricated claims, Surveyors permitting inflated labor, expense or unjustified parts, validation of S.D Parts replacement.
3) Do counter inspections.
4) Evaluate PLR, and other surveys or CTL inventory as required by operation's team.
5) Parts price verifications as and when assigned.
