Customer Service Representative

1. Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, and live chat

2. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner

3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the services.

4. Document and track customer interactions and issues as per company policies

5. Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to products and services

Required Skills:

Minimum Bachelor Degree

Verbal and Non-Verbal English communication

Experience with SAP and other software like CRM is a plus Confident and Strong Personality, focused on personality enhancement

Salary + Benefits:

Salary Range: 45K – 70K
