We are looking for call center agents for Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling Specialists for NightShift (USA)

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Call Center.

Must know about SEO / Digital Marketing.

Proven track record of success in Lead Generation, Appointment Scheduling, and customer success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Capability to make back-to-back calls and ability to work under pressure.

A strong desire to excel in sales and the ambition to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective clients and generating leads.

Set the Appointment with clients.

Employing exceptional sales skills to convert potential leads into sales.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
