Responsibilities
- Welcome clients & guide them regarding their queries
- Make recommendations for activities as per client queries
- Receive queries on calls & book time slots for the clients
- Coordinate with consultants to reserve their time for client sessions
- Accept deliveries & mail & organize them for distribution to relevant recipients
- Maintain calendar for all client reservations
