Fleet / Transport Officer

Develop contacts with dealerships (Honda, Suzuki, Toyota, KIA etc), sign SLAs and ensure maintenance of vehicles from approved dealerships.

Develop and implement work order systems with dealerships and make sure their maintenance bills should be as per approved work orders.

Reconcile monthly payments of dealerships through work orders and process for payments.

Submit monthly expense report with respect to dealerships.

Maintain & update vehicles reports after daily inspection of vehicles.

Maintain schedule of preventive and routine repair and maintenance.

Maintain record of annual token tax renewals of vehicles.

Supervise drivers in maintaining daily logs of vehicles and daily fueling of vehicles.

Prepare monthly reports like Fuel consumption report, Travel records as per log book, Repair & maintenance reports and record of new purchased vehicles.
